    To exercise more.

    To lose weight.

  • SKILLS and practices

    What SKILLS are required to consistently work toward fulfilling your goals?


    For example, if your goal is to feel better, the initial skills to develop would be:
    -eating healthier
    -exercising consistently

    What can you PRACTICE in order to develop skills necessary to fulfill your goals?


    For the skills of exercising consistently and eating better we can break them down in two practices such as:
    -going to the gym or exercising at home

    -shopping for vegetables and learning how to cook them

  • DAILY ACTIONS

    Daily actions are the little things you can do everyday that will develop into practices, which will then develop into the skills necessary to meet your goals.


    For example, practices like shopping and cooking can be broken down into Daily ACTIONS such as:
    -starting an agenda for where and when we are going to shop
    - finding the recipes for cooking healthier meals
    - planning when we are going to cook them

    My coaching model incorporates both the science of nutrition and the art of behavior-change coaching. I strive to help clients build competence, consistency, and confidence in reaching their goals by changing their daily behaviors.
