ABOUT ME

I was born in one of the coldest parts of this world, Siberia. My family was very poor and my parents were struggling with chronic gastritis, so we were restricted to eating very simple foods from our garden and the animals we had.

From a young age I discovered that I love to dance and I worked hard to become a professional dancer. I had to learn quickly how to take care of my body and choose the right foods to stay in shape and give me the energy I needed for hours and hours of dancing. So, when I was very young I understood how nutrition could effect our health, energy, mood, and all the body’s and mind’s processes.

I’ve tried countless diets to see the effects and how my body would respond.

I found what was easy for me, was hard for others. Normally, we don’t have the basic knowledge of what is good or what is bad for us, because we are all different. Even when we know what we have to do and what we have to eat, we still don’t do it. Why? Because we don’t have the tools. We don’t know HOW to do it, nobody told us HOW to quit eating sugar or stop eating junk, or reduce our alcohol intake. They just say, “DON’T DO THIS ” or “DO THIS”. They don’t tell or show us how to really accomplish this.

After many attempts to try and loose weight, to exercise more, to eat more vegetables, and to avoid fast food, we’ve gotten frustrated and disappointed. Then we give up, and we think that we don’t have the willpower or the discipline to improve our health, our body and our lives, and we continue to live with the sense of failure.

But this is not true. Actually, we can do a lot. We can all become healthier and stronger, and we can all develop our own willpower. It’s difficult to make changes in our lives, to create new habits, to quit something that is bad for us, so we need the right support, the right tools and the right knowledge.

So, I’m here to accompany you on your journey to your health, beauty, happiness and to guide you on how to have a better relationship with food and your body.
